A. Convene Regular Meeting – 5:00 PM

Ms. Mary Dzioba, Chairman, convened the meeting at 5:00 p.m.

Ms. Gina Calabrese, seconded by Mr. Rich Mazzamaro, made a motion to enter into executive session at 5:01 p.m. to discuss pending litigation / binding arbitration / teacher contract. All board members listed as present, Dr. Erardi, Dr. Pelosi, Ms. Grover, Atty. Pilicy and Atty. Summa entered into executive session at 5:01 p.m.

B.Executive Session

All Board members, Dr. Erardi, Dr. Pelosi, Ms. Grover, Atty. Pilicy, and Atty. Summa were present in executive session to discuss pending litigation / binding arbitration / teacher contract and came out of executive session at 5:50 p.m.

C.Adjournment

Mr. Chris Lafferty, seconded by Mr. Rich Mazzamaro, made a motion to adjourn the special meeting at 5:55 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
